Who is responsible?
Wondergadgetjlt Collections Ltd is the controller for personal information it receives through correspondence about this website. Our registered office is 42 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 R284, Ireland; company registration number 752483. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
Reading the website
The site's own code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, visitor profiling or third-party embedded content. Serving web pages necessarily involves technical requests. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested paths and browser information for delivery, security and fault diagnosis. Such operational processing is separate from the local writing tool.
The writing desk
Text entered in the contact writing desk is processed in your browser. The tool does not submit it to a server, save it in localStorage or send an email. Copying places the prepared text on your device's clipboard when your browser permits it. Downloading creates a local text file. Your operating system, browser extensions or clipboard synchronisation services may handle that text according to their own settings.
Unsaved drafts are not retained by this site's code after you leave or reload the page, although browsers may independently restore form contents. Avoid entering sensitive personal information or confidential collection security details.
If you email us
Sending an email is a separate action. We may receive your name, email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use these details to understand and respond to correspondence, address corrections and maintain necessary records. We rely on legitimate interests in handling relevant enquiries and protecting the service; legal obligations may apply to particular records. We do not sell personal information or use correspondence for unsolicited marketing.
Storage and recipients
A saved cookie preference is stored on your device as described in our Cookies notice. Email and infrastructure providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services. Authorities or advisers may receive information where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and applicable obligations, reviewing continued retention rather than keeping it indefinitely by default.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. We may need proportionate verification of your identity before responding. These rights have exceptions and do not require us to erase records that we must lawfully retain.
You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority. Contacting us first is welcome but not a condition of your right to complain.
External links and changes
Following an external resource takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy practices. We may update this notice when the site's functions or information practices change. Review the notice when using a new feature.
